2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments - NCAA: no wins taken away, no postseason ban

Childers just said a 20M fine and one game suspension for Sharrona in 2026. They fucking skated. What a joke, and seriously screw the 11W insiders. Hope they enjoyed their 15 minutes of fame.

This came from Thamel via "Sources within Michigan"

IMO this means absolutely nothing. See they key terms AMONG OTHERS. scUM has been all about controlling the narrative and playing victim this whole time so it's a good chance that they only leaked the 'good' to Thamel while they still prep their narrative to try to spin the bad.

So they get to play in the post season but lose the revenue?

What a complete and utter joke.

Complete skating by.

So you can fix football games and keep the spoils?

There’s no excuses for programs in America not to cheat. Seriously find a way to listen into the other teams comms, fake clean steroids test, etc

Nothing matters but winning. We won’t get punished for it is what they’re saying

If that stands as the punishment scUMs gamble of not coming to a resolution with the NCAA and taking it to the COI sadly paid off. Basically they are admitting they cheated but because of some loophole or whatever they can't take away too much.

Which makes me more angry that OSU just let things happen with tattgate
I was wrong about how we handled that. We should have just buried the emails, and if the ncaa did somehow find out, we should have acted exactly the way that tcun and UNC did.

ncaa can't end up on the ash heap of history soon enough.

The NCAA won't be around much longer. It is the secret everybody knows and the NCAA also knows. If things go "superconference" which seems to be a matter of time, then it will be run like the NFL. It will be more about penalties for individual players and coaches. Fines will be the common practice.
