They also weren’t putting incoming 5th, 6th & 7th year transfers on scholarship, instead paying for their education via NIL, allowing them to blow past the scholarship limit and giving them a significant underhanded advantage in that way, as well.

But let's compare them since 2000 to another Big Ten team. Not Ohio State (yet). See if you can figure out which is *ichigan and which is the other Big Ten team (and which other team it is):

In 25 years, Team A has won 11+ games 6 times. Team B has won 11+ games 6 times.
Team A has won 10 games 5 more times. Team B has won 10 games 4 more times.
Team A won 9 games 4 more times. Team B won 9 games 5 more times.
Counting 2020 as 12 games (so *ichigan's 2-4 record becomes 4-8), Team A has had an average record of 8.72 and 4.12, and Team B has had an average record of 8.92 and 4.20.
Team A has had 4 seasons of 5 wins or fewer, and Team B has had 2 seasons of 5 wins or fewer.

Team A was *ichigan.
Team B was Wisconsin

So I guess it depends on whether Wisconsin is also a "shitty program".

They were the same 3-4 loss a year program for the last 20+ years of the 20th century too.

I didn't say that their coaches weren't good, that their players sucked, or that they got lucky. You can put Urban Meter on Iowa's staff and I don't think they world win a natty. Winning a championship requires building a complete program and theirs was completely built on a foundation of cheating at levels never before seen outside of the Patriots. I bet you keep 2023 *ichigan games on your DVR and have a Harbaugh bobblehead on your dashboard with the attitude of respect you show them. Don't forget to take the maize and blue dildo out before your take another shit all over this thread with those streaming hot takes.
