“Once Weiss obtained access to these accounts, he downloaded personal, intimate digital photographs and videos that were never intended to be shared beyond intimate partners.”

According to the indictment, Weiss targeted female athletes and “researched and targeted these women based on their school affiliation, athletic history, and physical characteristics.”

He’s accused of keeping notes about physical appearances and characteristics of the women whose accounts he accessed and downloaded the passwords they used for their accounts through a third-party vendor. He’s even accused of researching personal information like mother’s maiden names, pets and dates of birth for some women so that he could guess or reset their passwords to personal accounts.

The indictment also accuses Weiss of repeatedly accessing some accounts months or years after he first gained access to look for new photos and videos.

Just sayin': Yeah, he's a sex pervert......:sad2:

their fans have convinced themselves that:
- this has nothing to do with the sign stealing......as if this couldn't have been the catalyst for everything
- their administration is amazing because they fired this guy as soon as they found out
- Ohio State fans who think this has anything to do with sign stealing have definitively been proven wrong

You'd think their actual gymnastics team would be 20 time champions the way everybody does world record mental gymnastics on an hourly basis up there.

Remember that we reported here exclusively that the FBI shared information from this investigation with the NCAA back in September, when they transitioned from active investigation into preparation for indictment. Fold that bit up and hang onto it.

Just sayin': It sounds like PD believes that the "sex pictures and videos" investigation lead to the discovery of the the "sign stealing", etc. I wonder if he was also involved in hacking the practice videos at Ohio State too?
