2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, etc.

Enough with hoping they keep winning and have to suffer by staying home.

The magic number is 34. That is how many wins we trail them by for us to become the winningest team in CFB. Losing that distinction will kill them and I want it to happen in my lifetime.

From 2021 to 2023 they won 40 games. A big chunk should come from vacates.

No post season for at least 2 years gives us a few more.

On top of that I want so many players to leave that we pick up any remaining wins in short order.

Then I can proudly wear the shirt I have already had printed.

OHIO STATE
WINNINGEST TEAM
IN CFB HISTORY!

Brings up a question. Will we be as obnoxious about it if this comes to pass as they have always been?

I really hope so. And I hope they cry about it.

From @Premierdrum over on 11W last night.

After speaking with a few folks on both the compliance and enforcement end of things, last week would have been the target to announce sanctions. While the delays throughout this process were all caused by UM or its current/former employees, given the calendar following the hearing date everyone - including the university - expected to hear something last week.

There isn't motivation out there to push this all the way to the start of the season. It will come once things have been signed off on a finalized for publication.

With that said, the expected 2-year postseason ban would almost certainly come with a 30 day transfer window for current student athletes. How feasible transferring would be come August 8th is beyond me, but the window should be open when that time comes.

If all this comes down to is a 4-game suspension for Sharon and a big fine, Warde would have tripped over his cankles reaching for the pen.

Tick tock.

I would say them dragging their feet is unfair to the kids who may want/need to transfer before the season but...
