2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, Arrogant Twatwaffles, Emasculated Cucks, Feckless Marmots, Dirty Cheaters

It's been a real bad year in the TV ratings landscape for the B1G
Let's take every exciting matchup and run them at noon eastern/9am west coast time. And we'll let those suckers in the SEC monopolize the Saturday night timeslot that every football fan in the world associates with the best college football games.

That shit might work for a #30 television network that runs with the gimmick of starting every show at 5 minutes after the hour/half hour. But for one of two networks fighting for supremacy of college football? Big Ten played itself by letting that shit slide.

There haven't been many exciting matchups this year at all in conference play. The noon games actually tend to do well when they are good. But when you get matchups like Indiana vs UCLA and scUM vs Northwestern not so much.

Penn State turning to complete dog crap didn't help but the schedule all around this year was pretty bad.

The Game has always been a noon game going back to when I first watched it in the late 70s. Out West, it was always the 9AM game (the national lead in game) followed by regional rivalry games (we got USC-UCLA).

On the larger question, I couldn't agree more. Having your premier product (and one of only two true national brands) always on at noon (9am PST) is fucking stupid and self-defeating.

It's really a cultural difference. Folks in the South will flock to watch games with the South Carolina, Miss State, Kentucky, Vandy type teams.

Meanwhile nobody even in their regions could give two shits about your Rutgers, Purdue, Northwestern, Maryland and UCLA types.
