Maybe I don't quite understand "bluebloods", but what is Texas doing on the list? Outside of 2005-2009, have they done anything?
Or Tennessee? 1998? What else?
I thought Miami died more than 20 years ago.
Florida State won it all in 2013, and were in the championship game in 1998, 1999, and 2000.

Tennessee is as close to a true SEC version of scUM as you can get (I don't count Texas because almost all their history is not in the SEC). The bulk of their success was 50 or more years ago and modern results are mixed between mediocre to sometimes just good but not great, but the way their fans talk if you didn't know any better you'd swear they were in the national title race every year.
