Not sure what you want him to do about play calling. Problem is the offensive line.

Being a game manager and administrator of the team. Making sure everybody is doing what they need to do and be on the same page. If he is distracted with gameplan, he is not holistically looking at the whole team and especially the offense.

You never ever ever throw a screen that long in that confined of an area. it's a very bad idea. Too much can go wrong and the ball is in the air too long.
