This is the kind of game where both teams can survive the wind and each other but neither team has a "takeover" mechanism.

Someone is going to turn it over at some point and that will swing the game.

Also known as a fucking rock fight (but to be fair it's a style match up thing, neither is as bad as they look when playing each other if that makes sense.)

OSU is a 7-8 point fav over either team.
