It also remains to be seen if, in this new era, OSU is going to accept allowing walk-ons take spots that they could devote to scholarship players. Noel was not the type of player I was expecting OSU to add necessarily - to me, he's kind of like a Gabe Cupps, in the sense that he's a guy they are adding for depth who will keep the team in the game when they have to go to the bench. I still feel like this team is lacking top-tier strength and power in the post, and I'm not sure if they are going to get it.
