They will get hit with something, the question is if it's a slap on the wrist (likely), death sentence (unlikely), or something in between (also likely).
It depends on the rest of the B1G imo. How much blood are they out for and willing to make a stink about it?
I worry that Harbaugh leaving will take a lot of the anger out of the situation.

Fair enough. I'm saying that "nothing" is the same as a slap on the wrist. I mean, a gang of bad guys rob a bank. The leader leaves and joins another gang of bad guys. You still go after those guys, right? Maybe not death sentence, but you make them give the money back and have them serve some time. You don't just say, "Yeah, keep the money. Without your leader, we know you're cool, now."
What drives me nuts is that we knew they were robbing banks. We knew they were coming. The Big Ten knew they were coming, and then they robbed from the Big Ten. All the Big Ten had to do was say, "You can't come in," and they wouldn't have been robbed. The playoffs could have stopped them. The NCAA I guess has a rule that says they can't do anything, but I'm convinced the NCAA doesn't want to do anything. And it pisses me off the most that Ohio State could have saved the day, and then didn't.
M*ch*gan might have to vacate some wins.
There will be no post-season ban.
There will be no vacating of championships from 2023 (conference or national). They might have to vacate 2021-2022 conference championships.
Coaches might get some show-cause penalties, but only the ones who are in the NFL. The ones who stay at the college level will not get penalized.
Players will not get penalized in any way.
Connor Stalions will fade away and not be punished or heard from again.
Central Michigan will not be punished. The Big Ten teams won't even block them from their schedules.
I hope I'm eating crow in the next few months.

I watched a YT video on what scUM is expecting from their offense. And it was quite a somber tune of having to admit that Donovan Edwards and the TE(I don't care about him enough to look up his name) are their only playmakers. And they've told themselves that this could be the greatest TE in their program's history...
But they literally have questions everywhere. But spent almost half of the rest of the podcast trying to insult OSU, and saying that they paid for recruits(well NIL is a thing), and paid $13mil for their transfers(which is false, and a terrible interpretation of Kiffin's tweet). They are so upset at what Day and Co. have been able to do, and don't understand why Hairball and his staff can't do the same. The host was subtly hinting that he's worried that OSU will curb stomp them next year. But he couldn't bring himself to admit that Hairball was leaving, or that they may be facing sanctions in the near future.

They seem to want to really deny the impending bigish drop off on defense. Way more questions here than in the last couple years.
DL should still be good enough but wont be anywhere near as deep
LB is a huge question mark all around
Safeties are nice but they have nobody at CB after Will Johnson. Mike Sainristil is a enormous loss there.
It might be a "good" defense still, but not on the level it's been the last couple years, and not close to elite enough to make up for what they are going to lack on offense.

Sherrone Moore has disaster written all over him. Good chance scUM hires him without even doing a real search though. 
Seems like a dude who's gonna be remembered as a way better position coach/coordinator than a HC.
Harbaugh with Moore on the offense and Minter on the defense in the perfect climate the year 2023 was, was their receipe for success. Now 2/3 of those are gone (more than likely) leaving 1 to put all the pieces back together.

They all knew what was going down. Had all those recruits early enroll, and classes have begun.
