*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

The Covid grandfathers are finally moving on from Scum on a high note. Bully on them.
Michigan looked better coached, bigger, faster, and stronger than most of their opponents (including Ohio State). Will be interesting to see if those that translate to the NFL will be able to maintain the bigger, faster, stronger advantage in the NFL. Maybe a combination of having 22, 23, and 24 year olds in a revamped S&C program for so long - or maybe something else going on.

Remember Clemson rose to prominence through a combination of good luck, good recruiting, a gaggle of assistants stealing signs, and unilaterally juicing their players with ostarine…

I think we should clarify that, as far as I've been told, Clemson was stealing signs "legally". Very different from the way M*ch*gan was stealing signs. If you can figure out what I'm doing within the 60 minutes of a football game, shame on me and good for you. But M*ch*gan was using many many games worth of 60 minutes, plus all the time between games to analyze (with human eyes/brain, and probably with AI) the signals.
In my opinion, what Clemson was accused of doing, with respect to sign-stealing, is part of the game. What M*ch*gan was/is doing is pretty black-and-white against the rules.

I think TCUN's maturity definitely reaped benefits for sure. Anytime decent coaches who get 4 to 5 years with a kid, will get players who are physically and mentally mature, as well as being very familiar with the system's put in place. I think that has a lot to do with why Scum is having the success it is having. Scum's teams are very Tresselian. Big trench guys, ball control, meant to wear down the opposing team.

Just the depth on the offensive line and defensive line has helped them. It doesn't matter if you run an air raid, spread, old school run, option, etc. When you have strength and depth in the trenches, you can win a lot of games. They were also one of the first teams to utilize the transfer portal to identify players that could help them in the trenches and stock up on linemen to push the competition and even get better. Ryan Day is having a huge turnover as we speak and already landed an offensive lineman. Alabama struggled with Michigan because their oline was young compared to Michigan and got pushed around. I honestly think those idiots did not need to cheat. They switch over to a formula that worked for them with how they constructed their team. They probably would have won most of the games without cheating.

I think they probably have a couple season rebuild ahead of them.

I also think they didn't need to cheat this year. They were clearly the best team in cfb. What they did need to do was cheat like hell in 21 and 22 to turn the trajectory of the program around, get the Ohio State monkey off their back and get to the playoffs. All of that was necessary to set the foundation for this year, which importantly included convincing guys to stay. So yeah, they didn't need to cheat this year, but this year never happens without the cheating the previous two years.

They have spied.

They have lied.

They have denied.

Now, sadly, the Michigan Wolverines have been rewarded with a national championship trophy.
And shame on the Big Ten and the College Football Playoff Committee for even allowing the Wolverines the opportunity to play for the national championship. The Big Ten should have had the guts to make Michigan ineligible for the conference title. And — even if that didn’t happen — the committee should have left the Wolverines out of the four-team playoff.
