Charles Csuri 1922-2022

The Joseph Sullivant Medal – Ohio State's highest alumni honor, which is awarded only once every five years and recognizes work that has made a significant impact upon society, was awarded to Charles in 2000. The award was established and endowed by Dr. T.C. Mendenhall, a physics professor at the university in 1920. It was named after an original board of trustees member who was "influential in determining the character and future of the university."
