1. OHIO STATE BUCKEYES​

Previous ranking: No. 2
No elite program made more power moves in terms of talent accumulation this spring than the Buckeyes. Ohio State went from College Football Playoff threat to one of the national title favorites given the roster and coaching staff additions accomplished by Ryan Day. On top of securing one of the nation's top transfer classes with Alabama All-American safety Caleb Down, Ole Miss standout ball carrier Quinshon Judkins and multi-year Kansas State starting quarterback Will Howard, the Buckeyes also quickly replaced newly-hired offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien with UCLA head coach Chip Kelly.

He's talking about how *ichigan got a #1 vote.
If people are using the logic that "You're #1 until you get beat", he thinks those people are morons. (I agree that the logic is moronic.)
They got a #1 vote. So one of those morons got a vote. I'm a little curious to learn who that is. It doesn't look as though Sherrone Moore got a vote, so it wasn't him.

If the logic is "You're #1 until you get beat", does this guy's poll look identical to the last coaches' poll from 2023?

No, stupid. That would just be dumb. You can't consistently apply idiotic logic, or it might at least make some sense to an outside observer. You have to apply it randomly. It goes: last year's champ, last year's best SEC, whoever everybody else is drooling over, another SEC, then zany off the wall pick for clicks.

If a moron calls me dumb, is that good for me or bad?
(And yes, I get that you aren't the moron - you're imitating the moronic "logic" that the voter possibly used to pick *ichigan #1.)
So the goal of idiotic logic is to not make any sense to outside observers? Doesn't that just raise more red flags to the fact that the guy is an idiot?
