Basically ESPiN can get fucked any which way but that Game Day segment with the "OZ" guy mentalist or whatever, was hilarious and terrifying, if you believe him, all at once. Pat cracks me up to no end. I've spent a few nights out with that guy and my friends who played at WVU in Indy, and he really is funny as hell. The schtick is over the top for tv now but watching him up there just now reminded me how funny he is when he's not being over the top.

It certainly was a lot more cheerfful than that OSU segment with Ryan Day. Hells bells

He actually used to do some amateur stand up. He was also a regular guest ( might still be, haven't listened in years) on the Bob & Tom morning radio show. He was hilarious. Can't stand him on Game Day, and not a fan of his show, but the guy can be genuinely funny.

Fun fact. I coached Notre Dames 30 year old kickoff player in peewee soccer. He was also the kicker that kicked the game wining field goal when The Citadel upset South Carolina nine years ago.

I’m guessing he had eligibility left when he left the armed forces.
