I like that thought. Get the bye and the home game, allowing 8 teams to get rewarded with playoffs and an extra game in front of fans, while 4 teams get rewarded with a playoff loss. Still gotta fix the overall seeding, though.

Agree about the seeding. Use the bowls for the Final 4 so people don’t go broke following their teams.
