Kinda thought that we got portal players from Duke, Kentucky etc because of the NIL $. Maybe to play with a great PG? Dunno. What I do know is that these hotshot players, are not living up to fan expectations. Maybe our expectations are 'otherworldly', but certainly Diebs is being tested as being a HC. Truly not certain whether he's found a cohesive starting group, with role players coming in as needed. The teams we've faced, other than the 'body bag' games, have been pretty darn good, tall, and talented. And, their defensive strategy has been to blanket Thorton, and let the others beat us, and seems to have worked pretty darn well. Plus, tOSU is undersized (especially with Bradshaw out), and we're not out-quicking anyone. Hopefully the Buckeyes will find a stride soon. These losses are to teams that definitely will be in the Dance. Go Bucks!
