Royal can take it to smaller front courts. We’re just gonna struggle against teams with size. I thought Stewart had one of his better games. He’s limited offensively, but he is a must have on the defensive end and the boards. Parks also gave some good minutes.

Not a great start to the Diebler era. I never understood the logic of hiring the lead assistant of a program that was in shambles. Only thing I can think of is they were going to spend so much money on football they had to save some on basketball. Otherwise I just don't accept Diebler was the best candidate they could have possibly hired. Oh well. Still hoping for the best and it's obviously way too early to bury him yet.
