2023 Women’s NCAA Tournament

The talent in WCBB next year is stacked. Cool to see the game taking new heights.

Slow build impact from the WNBA 25+ years ago? Either way it’s been very entertaining to watch and follow.

And Alexis Morris likes to beat women. Like physically assault women.
But it's OK, because she's a woman. So it's OK to beat the shit out of women if you're a woman.
Mulkey is the female Briles?

OK, I'll be the East German judge. Man, I'm sorry, but this shit is still unwatchable. The wild, flailing shots and out of control ball handling are too much to take. When I watch women's hockey, I'm watching--with the exception of no checking--something pretty much the same as the men's game. Women's basketball, even at the highest levels, still comes off like a bunch of high school girls throwing up wild shots.

From what I've seen of Iowa's games in the tournament it feels that besides them the top teams are stuck in the 80's and early 90s of basketball. Where it's about being big and physical.

But Clark has range for days even if she takes some ill advised shots

that's a hysterical comparison ... given the past statements she's made about him...

I'm just laughing because had I not seen the tweet above ... I wouldn't have blinked twice at the statement.

I was being pretty hyperbolic with Mulvaney, though she was very aware of Alexis' extensive past - after all, Mulvaney dismissed her at Baylor - and sought her out.
It's reminiscent of Oakman and Briles imo.
I guess anything to win. And we know media will never go after a woman who "happens" to bloody other women.

Don't give a rip which gender was reffing. There were too many missed calls. They can't be afraid to make the hard calls (or the easy ones), so get in position and call the pushing, hooking, traveling, etc that happened. Heck even a novice could see that it was going on. My wife, easy-going as she is, was livid with some of the crap that any/all teams got away with. Guess the SEC doesn't believe the rules apply to them. PS, having played several decades on the hardwood, know that players will 'test' the refs, and if they can get away with it, they'll do it. Bottom line, refs have to call things on the jump, rather than last two minutes, etc.
