SCum is a big name but without teams to play and a conference to play them in it gets cold out there in the wild.
I wish I could say I am surprised but that is their brand. Arrogance in the face of lunacy. I mean no one really cares about them because they never win anything. And now it is found out they were winning because they were cheating. And the response is “if you hold us accountable we will leave” This is too good to be true. No one would buy a story line like this as it is too far fetched

There were scum fans probably eating the first post up super excited for the impending blitzkrieg, then they view second one where Ono is in talks to leave the B1G for the SEC, and immediately put their phone down in disappointment. Lol!

I would be surprised if there is any conversation with the SEC and, if there is, if it would get approval through University structures. We can talk about "the School up North", but the reality is that TCUN is among the world's leading research institutions and academic scholars would be very opposed to a move to a group where academic standards are so much lower and where grants would be in jeopardy. This is real chalk and cheese stuff. We know who Ono is.

I think that everyone is hoping that PSU beats them this weekend. If that happens, hellfire and punishment will be on their doorstep.

Our cause was so noble and our truth so absolute that we turned tail and ran like cowards in the face of scrutiny and accountability for our actions, all while lashing out and accusing others of the crimes we committed and threatening retribution for the things that, if we did in fact do them ourselves, it was no big deal.

Call their bluff. Go ahead and go to the SEC you fucking cheaters. Have fun being Tennessee in that league if you’re lucky. Oh, and without Harbaugh who is definitely gone regardless of what conference you end up in.

At some point, I have to believe there is an adult somewhere in the chain of command (Governor Whitmer maybe?) who will step in and tell TCUN they are staying put in the B1G. The benefits of being in the B1G Academic Alliance and the research dollars flowing through TCUN dwarf the revenue generated by the athletic department.

They aren't really talking to the SEC. Something like that wouldn't be going on in the midst of a major NCAA investigation. The SEC wouldn't want a Yankee public Ivy school either. Talk about one of these things is different type of situation.

It's funny to watch their fans put crap out like this.
