What can the Big Ten do about these fucks obtaining an injunction or restraining order to keep Harbaugh on the sideline?

How about this? What Michigan doesn't seem to understand is that Big Ten contests (the games) belong to the Big Ten Conference. These contests are officiated by employees of the Big Ten Conference. If Harbaugh ends up being present on the sideline, the first time he opens his fucking mouth to bitch to an official, instruct your Big Ten referee employees to throw a flag and eject Harbaugh for using foul language. It's real fucking simple. Problem solved. The Big Ten gets what it wants, injunction or no injunction. It's not that hard. The Big Ten owns and controls the game day arena and there is nothing the Michigan courts can do about it.

Expanding on this, I don't know why the Big Ten didn't give those fuckheads two options. Option 1: Harbaugh is suspended for game days the rest of the regular season OR Option 2: If the Michigan courts demand that the Big Ten conference can't suspend a Michigan state employee and Harbaugh has to be allowed on the sideline, fine, Harbaugh can be there, but the game result becomes a forfeit in favor of the opponent regardless of on field results and the game will be reflected as a Michigan loss in the standings. I don't see how a Michigan court would have any jurisdiction on how the Big Ten Conference assigns wins and losses in the Big Ten standings.

Back to the Big Ten referees. I've seen some questionable officiating in College Football over the years. They can call holding or pass interference on just about every play. I will be extremely surprised if Penn State doesn't end up winning on the score board today.
Yeah they’re arguing that Harbaugh didn’t do anything wrong. Well then punish the team as an alternative is what I’d think.

Seriously give them the option of Harbaugh or the game.

Yep. Whenever the umpire sees Corum breaking free at the LOS, throw a flag for OL holding. Any contested catch on a Pedster WR downfield: DPI on tCun.

It would be hilarious to see the Pedsters benefit from the ‘ref fund’ while everybody at MGoBlow screams that it’s time to go to the SEC.

If you do, get someone to video it.

Lot's of people drink. Lots of people coach flag football. It can be noon at many different places on the globe.

Think about it. If it's noon somewhere else, you can't be drunk.

It doesn't make any sense. They can't throw you out if it doesn't make any sense.

If you can't coach flag football three sheets to the wind, you should ask yourself... should I be coaching at all?

getting fucked by Ewoks.

You don't know how true this is....sadly.

Signed,

A former youth football league commissioner

Plus he should already have his opponents well scouted by this time of year.

Don't use drunkenness to cover up for your lack of preparation.

The BP masses have spoken. All 4 of them! Time to go viral.

If they refs see Jim on the sidelines they can find a way to eject him. They could just flag him for unsportsmanlike conduct.

It is worth noting that we are now entering the "So What?" phase of this mess.

The B1G - and it seems the NCAAA - have found UM guilty of illegally scouting other teams and using information gained from that scouting to achieve a competitive advantage.

But we have countless talking heads suggesting that this is a non-issue. A talking head on ESPN yesterday called the whole thing "silly and sanctimonius". Everybody cheats. Everybody steals signals..

But other coaches - I would refer to Bob Stoops and Gary DiNardo as two examples - have pointed out that this is in no way trivial. The survey conducted by the Athletic retuned a similar message. This message needs to carry the day. Otherwise, regardless of sanctions, UM will walk away from this as the victim.
