To kind of put the legalese in perspective, when it comes to CCW, there are "may issue" States and "shall issue" States. It pretty much means exactly what it looks like it means. In the "shall issue" States, the State MUST issue the CCW if the citizen meets the criteria.Check this out:

How long until there is a super cut of sideline game clips showing the stalions interactions with various coaches and esp harbaugh. I have to believe a LOT of people are combing through broadcast sideline shots. I wonder if networks archive all camera feeds
