Wanna get back at them Erik? I might have an idea for you....

Could be a NIL issue or the Cade McNamara transfer.

Somebody obviously made him angry, and it's drama.

I think this one will sting, because he would be an important piece for them next season.

Other than McCarthy and Edwards, who do they have coming back next season? I read that the Sainsitril kid is.

They are losing quite a few players to eligibility this season, including some of their anchor OL.

I'm sure they will find a felon or two to brush under the rug.

So..... Harbaugh and Manual feign outrage and call for felony assault charges against the Sparty players who were involved in the tunnel brawl immediately after the video comes out? But with this, they insist that we the public not rush to judgment and that we should let the legal process play out before condemning him as a thug......

Their smugness is bottomless. As an institution, they are literally incapable of any self-awareness or ability to find even the slightest fault in themselves.

And nothing to see here. All good.

Michigan football star Mazi Smith pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor weapon charge Thursday as part of plea deal that could allow him to avoid a criminal record.

The felony charge he faced was dismissed during the hearing.

Smith, 21, is expected to be sentenced later this month under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act, often referred to as HYTA. It allows young adults to avoid a criminal record if they successfully complete all conditions given to them.

"Ann Arbor Police And Prosecutor Go Easy On Michigan Player" is the more appropriate headline. BIG shock that the prosecutor on this case is a scUM Law Grad

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eli_Savit

then attended law school at the University of Michigan, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as the Book Review Editor on the Michigan Law Review

Every time some bonehead scUM player does something stupid they seem to always push it under the rug fairly easily.

I can only imagine the hysterics from DFBIA if some Ohio State player did the same thing and got pretty much less than a slap on the wrist from prosecution headed by a Ohio State grad. I'm not saying throw him in prison or anything but come on, lol.

Wow. Simple Jim's doctors cleared Reno Jesus to play. His family got a second opinion, and those doctors were shocked. I wonder if he'll finally open up once he's safely on a new team and Simple Jim can't sabotage his transfer.

“I completely messed it up, I tore my MCL,” McNamara said. “I didn’t know this until my MCL was messed up, but I tore my patellar halfway through the season last year, actually against Michigan State. That’s a whole story in itself.”

In a confounding story, McNamara alleges that Michigan’s medical staff cleared him to play again this year, despite tearing his MCL. He later sought a second opinion from Dr. Neal ElAttrache, an orthopedic surgeon and head team physician for the NFL’s Los Angeles Rams and MLB’s Los Angeles Dodgers, who “was astonished,” McNamara says.

“My knee was completely open still, and (he) was determining whether to have a repaired MCL or get a cadaver and full reconstruction,” McNamara said.

That’s when McNamara, who remained on the Michigan sideline until early November, decided to hang it up for the season. He went out to southern California to have the procedure, later posting a photo of himself in a wheelchair, and has been out there ever since rehabbing.
