Their boner for bigger defenders is comedic gold considering all the time theyve spent bitching about how slow Don Browns defenses were

Nothing is gonna stop fast offenses like bigger slower Dlinemen and Bulky slower LBers!

Who wants to play the “guess the player” game based on career stats (two seasons each)?

Choose which is Zach Harrison, who has “not been as good as advertised” and who is Aidan Hutchinson, who is their best player, anchor, leader on their defense, and comparable to the Bosa brothers, only playing OLB this year (which will totally not cause any issues for him).

11 tfl, 3.5 sacks
10 tfl, 5.5 sacks
Don't forget Option 1 has received starter reps while option 2 has been a reserve/situational player behind veteran studs.

Which would make sense if someone was comparing them.

But no, they compared Aidan to Haskell.

This Twitter account spotlights players from every team, and always in a positive way, so they had to pick someone from Michigan. But....

Josh Ross in 4 years (36 games): 129 tackles, 7 TFLs, 2 sacks, 2 PBUs, INT

Ryan Shazier 2013 (13 games): 143 tackles, 22.5 TFLs, 6 sacks, 4 PBUs, 4 FF

Ryan Shazier 2012 (12 games): 115 tackles, 17 TFLs, 5 sacks, 11 PBUs, INT, 3 FF

Yeah but going by the “Gerbil is the defensive player of the century with one INT and 3 PBU” scale, this guy is Lawrence Taylor circa 1984

How many times do we need to go over this... scUM's defense is specifically designed to neutralize their best players.

Perfectly designed so that he doesn't show up on the stat sheet...

I can't believe I've never noticed it before, but Gerbil was actually in pretty decent position to make the play, but for some reason, went flat-footed and then hopped directly to the right in order to get out of JTs way and leave him grasping at air. Reminds of when Deion Sanders used to play and how he'd defend the run game.
