Didn't watch the Illinois game today, but when I saw the score I wondered if the refs finally started to call pushing off on their #5. Guy spent the CCG pushing defenders away with his left arm while dribbling with his right.

No tournament is bad when Duke, UNC and KY Jelly are gone.

I had the Illini winning but I was pulling for Loyola today.

Ain't it great? So much more enjoyable knowing none of those three will be in the F4. You actually have to go back 4 years for the last time any of them made it that far, that being UNC. Neither Dook or Kentucky have made a F4 since 2015.

The last time we went 4 calendar years without any of them making the F4 is 1959-62. It's a beautiful thing.

Random comment, that is sure to backfire: I think the refs have been pretty good across a lot of games this weekend. Not seeing too many high foul contests with the refs being the show.

Has made for some good flow and basketball.

this didn’t take long to age poorly. Refs looking for flagrant in Arky-TTU. Replay shows it wasn’t even a foul at all. Cool stuff.
