Otoh, though, your dawgs might get a message on Thursday that TTUN has to withdraw and they're heartbroken because "They'll never know how it would've gone". But they'll at least be able to scrimmage on NYE.

No, no, no...there is no talent gap. They just finally got the coaching mix right and used new ideas. They have always been as talented as OSU.

Considering the way the SEC is performing as a conference, I believe I could handle an outcome that has all the SEC non playoff teams lose, and includes Cinci beating Bama, and scUM getting their stool pushed in by UGA, and then UGA beating Cinci. Yes, that does give yet another golden vagina to the SEC, but it'll be against a group of 5 team so

I can't have Cinci beating Bama and the SEC could go 0fer for the next 10 Bowl seasons, it won't stop ESPN so there is really nothing to be gained there.
