I like all of the conference tournaments except for the B1G's. It does the conference no favors to run your conference tourney last, giving your teams the least amount of rest and preparation time vs. the field and happening too late to have much seeding impact.

I think the classic Hoiberg team peaks at the end of the season. While they may underperform early, they hit their stride late in the season. I remember the 2013 Iowa St team he had which lost a lot of games but they played great in the tournament. No way they should have lost all those games with the way they finished the season. As it was then, it is now.
