I think he's just a walk on but the thread is funny for how quickly they try to convince themselves that A) a 4.7 40 is fast and that B) speed is overrated (we've heard that one before I do believe)

Someone should ask them what Josh Mettelus ran for a 40.

He's saying "scholarship offer" in his tweet. I'll tread lightly since there's an open recruiting thread on him, but when we have 4(?) top 100 receivers coming in, I find it hard to believe this kid would merit a scholarship.

I was not aware that a 2* recruit was even a thing. He is unranked. 3* is the floor.
