A couple of idiots in there say it all started when Moeller got blotto and got himself canned; like he was some coaching luminary. The guy was coming off back-to-back 8-4 seasons when he got booted. Like keeping THAT guy around was gonna stem the tide of mediocrity.

Discussion turns to the talent gal between ttun and elite teams. Poster asks who on their roster could start at bammer or tOSU...

All of our receivers are good enough as are our tight ends. Hill, Hudson, McGrone, Hutch, Dax eventually, and our o-line was good enough. You saw a huge talent gap? Jeudy was phenomenal and their QB outplayed ours. Other than that it was the typical errors.

He thinks Eubanks could start over Ruckert or Farrell. Nope.

The receivers? Maybe Collins...but DPJ? Not in his current form. Maybe if he was coached by Hartline. But that's not taking into consideration the mental issues of choosing to go to tsun. As is, he'd be the #5 guy here...maybe. Ronnie Bell could maybe be a decent rotation piece. But I'd take all of our key guys over theirs without thinking twice. Lavert Hill isn't starting over Okudah/Wade. Hutchinson might be a rotation player here, same for McGrone and Hudson. Hill wasn't starting here, either.

Hold up. They give the QB nod to Bama.....and STILL say there wasn't a talent gap? That's the ONE position you could make an argument for, if you ignore production on the field :lol:
