2020-2021 College Basketball Discussion (Official Thread)

I wish the Elam ending was incorporated everywhere. This 20 minute foul-o-rama in the last 90 seconds isn't playing basketball. It is intentionally breaking the rules for a potential benefit, no other sport has such a situation, and it sucks the life out of a game.

Despite Dook fouling the shit out of them late, Sparty wins at Cameron by 75-69.

Elam Ending would be OK for regular season, but I don't think it is right for postseason.

Great game by MSU to win at Cameron Indoor.

The big kid #1 for Duke seems to be severely lacking in terms of basketball IQ, and being that he is one of their team leaders, I doubt they are going to make a deep tournament run this season.

IU shot under 24% vs Texas. Yikes!

The media hype machine won't label it as such, even though it is true, but Kansas and Kentucky staged a rock fight. Ugly game.

Jalen Wilson had 23 for Kansas. Dude is a baller. OSU dodged a bullet with him opting out of UM after Beilein left for the Cavs.

Illinois looked pretty good in that game.

Problem for them is that Baylor looked pretty great. Davion Mitchell is a stone-cold killer, and Baylor's defense is elite. The way the Bears attacked on both ends was really something. Very talented and they somehow looked well-coached, ha.

Baylor and Gonzaga very much deserve to be the top 2 teams in the country. I am not sure anyone else is close right now.
