2019-2020 College Basketball Discussion (Official Thread)

kentucky wins. by extension, osu wins.

Yes that is right you are all Kentucky fans now this year. Glad to have you with me.

From this point forward I hope Kentucky and Ohio State basketball win every game the rest of the year until they meet in the Championship game and that whoever wins wins.

Now that Kentucky has won the under card it's time for Ohio State football to win the main event.

Seth Towns might be done with college basketball. Probably could be a grad transfer next year if he wanted to, though.

apparently, due to the ivy league rules, towns has no choice but to transfer if he is to continue his college career. they get 4 years for 4 seasons of eligibility but may be granted a 5th only for medical or extenuating circumstances. in other words, a coach can't redshirt a player due to ability. since next year would have been towns' 5th year at harvard but only his 3rd playing season, he must become a grad transfer. no doubt plenty of good high-majors will be after him as long as the prognosis is to return somewhat close to 100%. pretty much a zero-risk player otherwise.
Seth Towns officially in the transfer portal. He’s a Northland Viking (like my pops).
