Shaking hands is a disgusting practice anyway. They'd spread fewer germs if they kissed each other.

I've seen too many dudes walk out of restrooms without washing their hands. I'm not interested in going where their dick was earlier.

He's had 2 heart surgeries and has a pace maker. We have no idea what his situation is. I would assume that if he had any inclination his condition were flu like, he would have walked away before the game.
