We just got two big packs of Applewood Smoked Wright bacon for 4.99/ea. Ridiculously good deal. Needless to say, I’m in a bacon coma right now from the game day appetizers.

Ha, just got a box of 3 giant bags of Jones chips today from a friend of my mom's. So I've been crunching on an old local favorite snack. Not as good as they used to be before they moved facilities in Mansfield and changed up how they make them a bit, but still better than Lays/Ruffles/etc.

That's the most comforting theory, but is it really that simple? I hope so, however:

Our defense has given up TD runs of 78, 80, and 93 yards - only one of those came against TCU.
We've given up a 49 yard TD pass and a 51 yard TD pass - only one of those came against TCU.

Now that defense goes to Crappy Valley without Nick Bosa. We'll see what we really have next week.
