Hmmm...not sure on the target.ng call. Suppose it could be called on the player that went low, but I definitely wouldn't call it on the player that went high.

Apparently when you strike a player's helmet with your helmet, its not actually helmet to helmet. NCAA must have changed the leniency on that call because last year that was for sure 100% an ejection and 15 yards,
