As a program they're worthless, but there's a lot of good NJ recruits that makes the conference better. Same story with Maryland.
Pitt and PSU are redundant. That said, we should force Purdue and Indiana to field just 1 team... they're redundantly awful and Purdue doesn't even pretend to maintain their facilities.
