2018 Week 14 CFB Open Thread

I live in the South now and I understand what you are saying. I don’t get it either....although I do like Chick.....
At least with Waffle House everyone knows the food sucks, but it's loved anyway because it's a southern institution. Maybe their #blessed employees can sense my atheism through the drive through screen, but I've never had Chick-fil-A chicken that wasn't dry and mediocre.

You guys aren't seriously talking about Bama losing on purpose to get 2 SEC teams in are you?
That would be ridiculous. They players are playing as hard as they can, coaches want to win. Just saying the refs were instructed to give a slight edge to Georgia. Also Oklahoma so they can get a playoff spot. Probably OSU (They don't want NW in the Rose Bowl). Not blatant, just give an edge.

totally agree on refs

you see it every year about this time

B1G refs in The Game and B12 refs in the Texas/OU rematch were shameless.

If UGA and Bama get into the playoffs, I'd think the committee would not want an UGA-Bama rematch in the first round. Undefeated Clemson would move to #1, ND to #2, UGA #3, Bama #4. I'd think the only playoff team ND would have a chance to beat would be Clemson, but in that scenario they would get squashed by uga/bama. At any rate, if UGA wins and the Bucks are out, it's looking like quite the CFP to miss yet again.
