We can always hope. Games like what we are watching now kinda bore me anymore and college football is becoming more and more like a watered down version of the NFL in a lot of cases.

No chance. The NCAA has very little to do with what we knew as D-1A football which is now FBS. Other than the horribly interpreted and completely outdated rulebook, the NCAA doesn't do anything with how the FBS determines it's national champion. If anything, the NCAA stepping in would be to take more control over how that selection is run (akin to how FCS does it), but the NCAA is nearly completely powerless.

Pretty dumb decision by UW there. 4th and 17 and you have your QB quick kick it? You got a touchback. Congrats.

Take the delay of game and let the kid whose job it is to kick it, kick it.

See what I'm saying? Let the fun begin - this isn't just something that will happen if there is chaos this year, this is a multi-year thing where conferences get habitually shut out for conferences with TV deals that happen to coincide with the financial interest of the TV network that has the CFP.

I live in the bowels (yes, looks and smells that way) of the SEC. A close second to the Baptist Church..... is football..... and the Baptist preacher would probably gladly let Tua screw his daughter.

They're not smart enough to care about anything else, but they'll f'in miss the trailer rent to see them play in TN, AL, MS, and GA. They'll eat Mac and Cheese to keep their cable.

$$$$$$$$$....... don't expect change.
