Benefit of the doubt based on previous years in college football especially is the biggest load of crap. Its to the point where Bama pretty much has to take 2 losses not to be in the playoff. No other team could dream of having that luxury.

I don't think it's even "pretty much" at this point. One-loss Bama is always going to get a CFP bid, at least as long as Saban is at the helm.

Bama losing under Saban is always a "fluke" they should retroactively be rewarded a title for every years hes been there. Regardless of record.
