I'm fully awake and aware of the world I live in. You seem frighteningly naive. This is the age of clickbait and subjective reporting across all media platforms. But yeah, ESPN is clearly above that and is the only objective news source out there. The ACC and SEC make them more money than we do. They compete against the B1G network and FOX sports for ratings. So yeah, they're obviously gonna favor teams from those two conferences over us, especially since we've been the biggest threat to them

During a time where they are losing so much money they are purging half of their journalists, workers, on-air anchors, etc.

Not sure promoting a second SEC team to the playoffs is in the best interests of “making money”.

Maybe I’m still sleeping, though.

I don't think that boosting Georgia over tOSU is sensible, but I also don't think it's ultimately being driven by ESPN.

ESPN owns the SEC Network.

They also own the soon-to-be launched ACC Network, so Georgia, Alabama, Notre Dame, and Clemson would've been a dream CFP for them.

When did I claim ESPN of being objective? Oh, that's right, I didn't. I said they were primarily profit-driven. Just like all the media outlets other than PBS.

I'm not arguing ESPN to be objective; just that the conspiracy talk is silly and embarassing.
