How in the fuck was that not targeting by 9 on FSU???

If that's not targeting, then nothing is. What a fucking terribly enforced rule. NCAA and every replay ref should feel like complete fools.

What a pathetic excuse by the replay booth. "The DB was stumbling, and 9 was just trying to get his helmet down." Are you fucking kidding me? What a dogshit excuse. My sister knows nothing about football and her excuse would've been infinitely bettet. Jesus Christ. $100 the ACC comes out with a useless apology and tells duke that was a missed call.

Personally I thought they got it right, he was turning to lead with his shoulder at the point of impact and it wasn't the crown, it was to the side from what I could see.
