Kind of amazed to hear he's taking his entire staff with him. When does that ever happen? Loyalty points for him, I guess, but it also screws UCF. They get to totally start over. Hope they've enjoyed this season.

Most of the staff played their ball here, so it wasn't a hard sell for him to convince them to come...

Being competitive in the B1G west and competing for national championships are currently vastly different hurdles to get over.

I guess it depends on what your expectations are.

I think his system will recruit itself....it may be a bit before they are challenging for National Titles, but if he gets his system guys in there, there's no reason to not be able to challenge Wisky in 2-3 years for the B1G west...
