2. OSU
3. PSU/UW (in a scenario where OSU misses the CCG)
4. Clemson/Louisville

Out: 1 loss UW, 2 loss UM

USC is gonna wrap this one up. Which means the PAC is.......deservingly..... left out again. (Thanks Stanford '15 for helping validate)

You can't leave out a Urban Meyer led team who is peaking at the end of the year unless you really don't want to see the best 4 teams included in the playoff. (Thanks Ohio State '15 for helping validate)
