Do not understand why it's so hard for coaches to recognize when up-tempo is and isn't appropriate. If you're turning the ball over left and right and on your heels, why would you want to go as fast as possible?

I was being more tongue-in-cheek. Fowler had just reference tempo after the fumble, which is very #SECSECSEC. But yes you are correct.
