Absymal FT shooting may be a nice way of putting it. Seems they have regressed in that category

I sometimes wonder just how much they focus on FTs in formal practice, or if Matta puts that entirely on the players to practice on their own time.

I was planning on going to the Marshall game on Friday before The Game. I was going to have the daughter try to get tickets but now I think I will scalp some at lower than face and sit somewhere in the first three rows.

Usually Matta has his teams not foul a lot. But I think we are going to see some unwatchable games because of the horrific whistles and replays.

Seriously in the final 2 minutes if its a close game just start hacking a buckeye.....any buckeye. Chances are they'll go 1/2 or 0/2 at the line.

At least we are playing tough defense and not giving up any layups down the middle of the lane or anything.

So many dumb plays.

Go to the hoop 1-on4. Foul a guy shooting a 3. Shoot a 16 foot one-handed floater. Followed by a Tate 3 that's shockingly way off. Followed by a charge going 1-on-2.

And that's just in the last 5 minutes. Good lord.

Biggest complaint I've had with Matta's teams of late is the pathetic basketball IQ.

Get back to recruiting basketball players and not lengthy athletes.
