2015 Sugar Bowl Less Civilized Thread (Arguments/Shenanigans)

Hahahaha. Which Ironbowl were you watching? The one with the 6-6, 257lb, 4.69-40 slow linebacker, Adrian Hubbard? I'm so glad he's gone and Bama has gone with faster linebackers. I couldn't find a 40 time for Joshua Perry, do you think OSU will start him vs. Bama? He's definitely a nice run stopper inside.

OSU is very talented. I don't know that Alabama has faced a complete team all season. There are very few if any in the NCAA. All have had weaknesses that Bama was able to exploit. They are salivating at the thought of Jones, but he might play well. I do think tOSU is the most talented and experienced team that they have faced.

I'm not sure there are any "complete" teams. I thought Ohio State had a complete game in the BCG. In about 10 of their prior games, they demonstrated some serious issues. If you are in the camp that the BCG represented an improving team arriving at the elite level, then you feel really good about the Bucks right now. If you think that game was possibly an abberation, and more represented Wisky's ineptitude than OSU's brilliance, then you are worried. I don't know, I'm guessing it's something between those two, but we are going to find out here in a couple of days.

Overall, I just like everything about how this game sets up for Ohio State. I believe they have the goods to make us all squeal with elation Thursday night. Whether they do it is why I will watch. Bama must be respected, but outside of Cooper, there's nothing that scares me to death. I wonder whether Oregon has the defense to handle the other 3, especially if their offense gets limited the way some of the better teams have done to them the last few years. Florida State has been trying to lose games all year, but Winston (or the refs when he was out vs. ND) has pulled their bacon out of the fire. It's a lot to ask him to do it 2 more times. So, all these teams have beauty spots and warts.

I literally cannot wait. My body is aching from anticipation.

The winner of this game wins the whole thing, I have no doubt.

This is going to look like an NFL playoff game while the Rose looks like an FCS semi-final.

When the Buckeyes win, I hope Urban hoisting the Sugar Bowl trophy melts the faces of Tide "fans" like he's opening the Ark of the Covenant.

LETS GET THIS FUCKER DONE!
