Some ESP!N commentator replied to a comment on how Alabama should slow down Ohio State when the Bucks rang up 59 against Wisconsin, by saying something along the lines of Alabama's defense being better and more athletic. Well, Wisconsin held Auburn to 31 points in OT while Alabama gave up 44--at home--in regulation to Auburn, so that would imply that Wisconsin's defense is at least in the ballpark to Alabama's in talent and execution.

Don't forget that Bama gave up 630 yards of total offense to Auburn. The reason that Auburn lost was that they had to settle for five field goals in the red zone. Auburn's FGs: 20-yards; 20-yards; 24-yards; 24-yards; 33-yards.
