Game Thread 2015 National Championship Game: (2) Oregon vs. (4) Ohio State, Jan 12th @ 8:30p ET, ESPN

That's it, I'm outta here- I'm not getting anything done anyway. I may not be on until after the game.

I'm not big on predictions, but here's what I've got....
Elliot has another 200+yard game, and rips off two of 50+.
Smith does what he does- a couple of big deep ball plays, at least one of which is a TD.
Cardale is calm, efficient and accurate. O-line gives him time and he plays a good, smart game. He runs in a TD.
Defense gives Oregon more than they're used to; keeps pressure on Mariota and grabs an interception. Bosa and Bennett are his worst nightmares come true.
BUCKEYES - 45
Ducks - 34

And Zeke catches three pieces of confetti on his tongue after the game.

O-H, motherfuckers!!

Interesting how in all our big games there was one guy on the opposing team to stop to severely disrupt their offense. Then it occurred to me.... I believe Ohio State is the first team to play and potentially beat all three Heisman finalists.

This is ridiculous, but I post it here for evidentiary purposes in case it somehow comes true. My Mom occasionally has strong precognitive feelings, dreams, or visions about things . She's a casual Buckeye fan and knows little about football, but she just called to tell me that she had a very vivid dream last night in which the Buckeyes SHUT OUT Oregon. She wasn't making guarantees (in the past she's occasionally KNOWN that something horrible had happened (kind of like Obi Wan with Alderaan) without knowing exactly what and then been proven right within minutes), but she did say it was a strong feeling. Anyway, here's hoping Mom's right.
