Game Thread 2015 National Championship Game: (2) Oregon vs. (4) Ohio State, Jan 12th @ 8:30p ET, ESPN

I honestly can't remember the last I've been this nervous for a game. I wasn't this nervous during the Sugar Bowl and I wasn't this nervous for the recent NC games. Logically I truly believe the Buckeyes are better at every position except QB than the Ducks but Mariotta scares the holy hell out of me.

Listening to the local (Portland) ESPN/Fan radio affiliate. The desperation is really starting to sink in. Duck fan knows this may be their last shot. Mariota will be gone; USC is coming off sanctions and the PAC has made some good coaching hires the last couple years. It will be a glorious meltdown!

I love how Herpstreit (thanks Mili) proclaimed that nobody could call Oregon soft anymore, yet the idea still persists that the Buckeyes can't keep up with their speed.

OSU never seeing the speed/sophistication of passing attack from the PAC schools pre-dates SEC speed by 20-30 years.

Seriously. I've heard this shit since I can remember.

I'm disappointed I had to sell my ticket last minute but I'm really loving seeing tOSU plastered all over ESPN and the Big Ten Network. What a celebration of everything THE Ohio State University. I'm so excited about tonights game and I may have to utilize ESPN's Hometown Call on ESPN Classic over the TV so I don't have to hear Herby talk about "speed" and "space" a hundred times over.

Physicality

don't ever forget physicality

usually used in conjunction with "in space", immediately after "speed"
