In FBS/I-A. Both Marshall and ND State have been 15-0 once in I-AA, and Mount Union has been 15-0 three times in III (didn't check II). Just sayin'...By the way....
Ohio State was the first ever 14-0 team.
Now they are the first ever 14-1 team.
Next year they will be the first ever 15-0 team. Book it.
He was right. He was just off on which fans would be...Before the game a duck fan behind me noticed the overwhelming OSU presence and confidentiality suggested a lot people would be crying on the way out. I managed to keep my mouth shut.
Nope. The Hawaii game is at home, this upcoming season. I believe the "Hawaii exemption" was for teams that had to travel to Hawaii. Can we play 16 when we do the @Hawaii thing (2016 I think) ??

Not quite....Not quite...1996 BYU, with none other than Steve Sarkisian at QB.

The University of Chicago was 14-1 in 1902.

No way would we agree to do a game at Hawaii. The max "official" capacity of Aloha Stadium is only 50,000 and I doubt it really can actually hold that many. Plus the travel grind would not be worth it, and Hawaii could not financially afford to bring us out (even though other B1G teams have played there in the past).Oops, I assumed there'd be a return visit in 2016... guess not =(
Did anyone notice watching the film room version of the game towards the end when Apple made a play and someone in the room said (sarcastically, it sounded like to me) to Narduzzi, "there's your boy Apple, Pat."
The impression I got was Narduzzi had probably been critical of Apple off camera.
Not a big deal, obviously, and the guy might not have been being sarcastic, and Narduzzi might actually like him. I just thought it was interesting, especially b/c Narduzzi obviously knows good corners.
