That 1984 run was part of what at the time was the biggest comeback win in OSU history - down 24 - 0 the bucks won it going away.

In 1989 they came back from 31 down to beat Minnesota.

Every year when I look at this thread, 39 days reminds me of Curtis Enis from Penn State. I moved to Columbus as a 6 year old kid and had never been to a Buckeye football game before. That 1996 game between Ohio State and Penn State was my first Buckeye game and I will never forget hearing about #39, Curtis Enis, from the people around me in the stands. It's just one of those things I'll never cease thinking about when I see the #39.
