2015 CFB Week 1 Open Thread

It's crazy about different coaches thinking. 2nd and 2, and Stanford runs up the middle 90% of the time, runs off tackle 10% of the time. They just want to move the sticks. On 2nd and 2 Urban throws downfield probably 70% of the time, runs a jet sweep 20% and up the middle 10% (just throwing out random numbers as an example), because Urban wants the end zone and knows he can make 3rd and 2 almost every time and there is always 4th and 1. We are the luckiest fan base in the world.

Pleasantly surprised with Northwestern's play so far this game.

Flipped over to watch the Maryland-Richmond game just in time to see Edsall yell "FUCKING SETTLE DOWN!!!" at his young and struggling QB. That is one approach to it I guess

JFC Northwestern. It's so weird watching a team that doesn't get anyone's best shot, excluding maybe the Illini, and they just won't put the coffin nail in.
